 OFFERS : RETRO 60S 'CASSIC' CANARY YELLOW/WHITE KITCHEN About to replace an original 60s kitchen, still usable with about 12ft + of yellow melanine worksurface to match the doors. This needs a bit of tlc, ie sticking down in spots but usable still.
Consists of white enamel sink unit, drainer, 2 taps ... all original + undersink cupboards. Drawers to left and right. 2 corner undercupboards + extra cupboard. Standard sizes. See photos.
The 3 wall-hanging real wood units with glass front. 2 units of 36" (2 glass doors/shutters).

 OFFERS : FIREPLACE Tiled fireplace from a 1930's house. Size 1020mmW, 860mmH, 100mmD max-60mm min. The top of the fireplace protrudes forward a little more than the rest hence the max/min depth. It has two different coloured tiles - four cream coloured either side of opening and the remainder slightly mottled cream colour - see photo. The opening is 410mmW and 560mm H. There is a chrome surround to the opening in excellent condition.
This is a very attractive fireplace in very good condition - two tiles have become loose but these are undamaged and could easily be refixed.
I am unsure of the exact age of the fireplace please see the photo.

This flag was originally supplied sawn from the Quarry the thickness is about 75mm most of the widths are 500, 550 and 600mm although there are some outside this range, the lengths are random. OFFERS : ENVIROGRAF INTUMESCENT TIMBER COATING The following amounts of Envirograf Intumescent timber coatings which act as a flame retardant to internal timber beams for half an hour and is, for example, required by Building Control when renovating listed buildings having exposed beams (the purpose for which I purchased it).
1 five litre (sealed) can of HW02
1 two litre (sealed) can of HWO2
Approx One third of a five litre can of HW02.
HW02 is applied after priming. At the time I purchased this, one year ago, the cost to buy from Envirograf was 18.55 pounds per litre. (So to purchase this amount from Envirograf would cost about 160 pounds).
Three-quarters of a 2.5 litre of HWAP - the primer. This costs from Environgraf 16.97 pounds per litre.
Therefore the total value of these products to buy commericially is approximately 185 pounds.
I am offering these items for 70 pounds. The buyer would need to collect. I can supply technical details if required.
