I have about 10 m2 of reclaimed pine roofing boards that have already been professionally sanded and varnished for use as flooring - they look very good, gorgeous natural colour and grain. Please note that the undersides have a layer of bitumen that has not been removed. There are about 26 boards one inch thick, various lengths, many between 2 and 3 metres to fit a typical dining or living room of a small victorian terrace.

These are all purlins from the roof space of my formerly thatched cottage and at least 300 years old if not older.
The beams have plenty of character and have been nibbled by woodworm.
I can send photos and buyer collects.
I also have 20 planks of Elm board approx 5" wide and around 6ft 7" long. These are whats left from others that have been used on the property to patch into the old Elm floor. This has worked a treat and offers a cheap way to patch in a few boards.
